He joined Wind River in 2001 and has served in a variety of leadership roles in the Professional Services organization. His earlier roles include engineering and leadership positions with Bayer Diagnostics / Miles Laboratories, related to the development of regulated medical devices. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from GMI Engineering and Management Institute.
With more than 20 years of experience as a technologist, Lito Molina has worked with some of the best and most diverse teams to develop and deploy secure systems for A&D companies. He has provided both security thought leadership and hands-on experience in information security, cybersecurity, cloud security, and product security. He effectively communicates to customers and internal stakeholders the complexities of cybersecurity risks and their impacts on both product and information systems.
He currently serves as senior security architect for the Wind River® Field Engineering team. He collaborates with external customers and works internally with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions with built-in security. He enjoys technical challenges and evangelizes good cybersecurity postures for Wind River products and solutions.
