Teodor Bobirnila is managing the marketing assets for Wind River edge products portfolio, including VxWorks, Wind River Linux, and Helix Virtualization Platform. With almost 15 years of experience in the technology industry, focusing on open source and related initiatives, he has joined Wind River to augment the open-source operating environments portfolio, with a focus on Linux and Android. In his expanded role, he took part in managing Wind River Linux product line, the relationship with partner ecosystem as well as product integration and optimization across-portfolio, including real-time and virtualized environments. Teo joined Wind River in 2009 and is based in our design center in Galati, Romania.

Prior to joining Wind River, he worked for various startups in engineering and technical marketing roles. He holds an engineering degree in computer science from Lower Danube University.

With almost 15 years of experience in the technology industry, focusing on open source and related initiatives, he joined Wind River in 2009 to augment the open source operating environments portfolio, with a focus on Linux and Android. He also took part in managing the Wind River Linux product line and the relationship with the partner ecosystem as well as product integration and optimization across the portfolio, including real-time and virtualized environments.
